Jia Jianxu, male, born in February 1978, is a member of the CPC and has an MBA degree. He previously served as deputy general manager and executive deputy general manager of Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Company, deputy general manager of Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of SAIC Luxembourg, deputy general manager of SAIC Europe, deputy general manager of Shanghai Automotive Industry (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd., general manager of Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd. and general manager of Shanghai Industrial Traffic Electric Co., Ltd., vice-president of SAIC Motor and general manager and deputy Party secretary of SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. He currently serves as president and deputy Party secretary of SAIC Motor.
Zhou Langhui, male, born in July 1971, is a member of the CPC with a bachelor's degree in engineering and a senior economist. Previously, Zhou served as assistant to the president of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group), secretary of the company's Youth League committee, director of the company's organization and cadres department, and deputy Party secretary of the company and secretary of the company's discipline inspection commission. He also served as deputy Party secretary of SAIC Motor and secretary of the company's discipline inspection commission, general manager of Kolbenschmidt Shanghai Piston Co., vice president of SAIC Motor and executive director of the company's human resources department. He is now vice president and deputy Party secretary of SAIC Motor.
Lan Qingsong, male, born in January 1965, is a Party member and has a master's degree in engineering and an MBA. He is vice-president of SAIC Motor, a GM of SAIC Motor's Commercial Vehicle Dep't and a GM of the Shanghai Commercial Vehicle Co. He was previously a deputy executive manager at the Shanghai Sachs Powertrain Components System Co.; a CEO and vice-president at Ssangyong Motor Co.; and a deputy GM at SAIC Motor's Commercial Vehicle Dep't.
Wei Yong, male, born in April 1972, is a member of the CPC with a master's degree in economics. He is an economist and accountant with a senior professional title. Previously, he was investigator of the general affairs division of the research office of CPC Shanghai committee and deputy director of the economy division of the CPC Shanghai committee. He was also a member of the strategic committee of the board of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group), as well as deputy director of the chairman's office, director of the board's office, board secretary, securities affairs representative, and executive director of both capital operations and securities affairs departments at SAIC Motor. He was also General Manager of SAIC Motor Investment Management Co., Ltd. Wei now serves as vice-president and acting CFO of SAIC Motor, and general manager of SAIC Motor Hong Kong Investment Co., Ltd.
Zu Sijie, male, born in October 1968, is a member of the CPC. Zu is a senior engineer with a master's degree in engineering and an MBA. He once served as director of the investment planning division of both the planning & development department and strategy & business planning department of SAIC Motor, director of the company's strategy & business planning department as well as executive director, general manager of the planning department, deputy chief engineer of SAIC Motor. Zu is currently vice-president and chief engineer of SAIC Motor, president and director of the Technical Center of SAIC Motor R&D Innovation Headquarters.
Yang Xiaodong, male, born in July 1970, is a member of the CPC. Yang is an economist with a master's degree in engineering and an MBA. Previously, he was executive director of the purchasing department of Shanghai General Motors Corporation Limited, head of the overseas operations (international business) organizing group of SAIC Motor, as well as director, executive director and general manager of the company's international business department. Meanwhile, he was general manager of the Shanghai Automobile International Business Co. and Shanghai Automobile Import & Export Co. Yang was once director of SAIC Motor Technical Center. He currently serves as vice-president of SAIC Motor.
Jiang Jun, male, born in March 1970, is a member of the CPC. He obtained a Master's degree in management and is currently an engineer. He previously served as director of After-Sales Service in the Marketing Department of SAIC GM, deputy general manager of SAIC Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., executive director and deputy general manager of the Marketing Department of SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle Branch, deputy Party secretary, secretary of the Committee for Discipline Inspection of SAIC GM, and executive group leader of Project L in SAIC Motor. He currently serves as vice-president of SAIC Motor and CEO of IM Motors.
Wu Bing, male, born in February 1976, is a member of the CPC, and has a Master's degree in law. He previously served as director of the Network Development and Training Division at SAIC GM, director of the Marketing Division of Chevrolet, general manager and Party branch secretary of SAIC Insurance Sales Co., Ltd., head of SAIC Ride-Hailing Project Group, and general manager and general Party branch secretary of Shanghai SAIC Mobility Technology Service Co., Ltd., general manager of the SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle Branch, and CEO of Rising Auto. Currently, he serves as vice-president of SAIC Motor and general manager of the Mobility & Service Business Division of SAIC Motor.
Jiang Baoxin, born in June 1969, is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor's degree, an in-service postgraduate degree, an MBA, and is a senior accountant. Jiang has held various positions, including Supervisor of Business Process Control in the Finance Department, Head of the Accounting Section, Senior Deputy Manager of Long-term Projects/Engineering Control, and Senior Finance Manager at Shanghai General Motors Co., chief financial officer of SsangYong Motor Co., chief financial officer of the commercial vehicle unit of SAIC Motor, chief financial officer of Shanghai Diesel Engine Co, and deputy head of the audit office of SAIC Motor. He is currently the Chief Audit Executive, Director of Audit Office and General Manager of Risk Management Department of SAIC Motor.
Zhou Qi, male, born in Dec 1978, has no party affiliation. He holds a postgraduate degree and a PhD in Law. He previously served as deputy manager and manager of the Legal Affairs Department of the Cooperation and Legal Affairs Division of SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd., as well as director and deputy general manager of the Cooperation and Legal Affairs Department of SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd. He currently serves as the chief legal counsel, and holds the position of general manager of the Cooperation and Legal Affairs Department of SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd.
Chen Xun, male, born in August 1980, is a member of the CPC with a master's degree in business administration and a senior economist. Previously, Chen was the deputy director of the general management division of the Board of Directors Office of SAIC Motor, manager of the general affairs division of the President Office, senior director of general management, assistant to the director of the President Office, and deputy director of the President Office. Chen is now secretary of SAIC Motor's Board of Directors, and deputy general manager of SAIC Motor's Securities Affairs Department.
